Food Enthusiast Program: Get Ready for Cinco de Mayo

During this class, students will create a personalized display of quesadillas, burritos, and fajitas. In addition, we will demonstrate how to prepare Mexican rice, black beans, and pico de gallo.

Students will practice their cooking skills using various techniques, such as sautéing, dry cooking, cooking with moisture, and knife skills. S

Students will have the opportunity to take their delicious culinary creations home.

Snacks are provided upon your arrival.
