Food Enthusiast Program: Springtime BBQ Mastery

Springtime BBQ Mastery, offered on May 2 from 6:30 to 9 pm at the Center, located at 70 Main Street in Nyack. Elevate your grill game with 'Springtime BBQ Mastery', a flavorful class led by Certified Executive Chef Don Eagle. Learn to perfect chili dry-rubbed ribs, master the art of beer can chicken, and enhance your skills with balsamic grilled vegetables and ginger-honey grilled pineapple.

Snacks are provided upon your arrival, and you get to take the food you make home with you.

The cost is $70 per person
