PALISADES CENTER TO HOST THE ARTS COUNCIL OF ROCKLAND'S WINTER FEST 2023

Palisades Center is thrilled to partner with The Arts Council of Rockland (ACOR) to host Winter Fest 2023 on Sunday, December 10, from 12 PM to 6 PM on Level One next to Macy's. Winter Fest 2023 celebrates local artists and their creative spirit and is free to attend.

The Palisades Center will serve as a dynamic marketplace, providing local artists and artisans a venue to showcase and sell their unique artwork and merchandise. This platform aims to give exposure to talented artists, fostering a connection between creators and the community. In addition to the marketplace, Winter Fest 2023 will feature a lineup of youth performers, both in music and dance, providing a valuable opportunity to showcase their talent and offer free performances to the public. Winter Fest 2023 goes beyond the traditional festival experience by offering a free art exhibit open to the public. The exhibit, located at the ACOR Hidden Treasure Gallery adjacent to the event area, will feature the works of artists from Music for Life Creative Arts Therapy. This unique showcase celebrates the diversity of artistic expression and invites the community to experience the beauty of art from a different perspective.

Engagement is at the heart of Winter Fest 2023, and attendees can participate in interactive art activities, including face painting, henna art, and crafts provided by vendors. There will also be a free picture book musical for kids of all ages! These activities encourage creativity and provide a hands-on experience for individuals of all ages!
