RCC’s Hospitality and Culinary Arts Center Food Enthusiast Program: Knife Skills & Butchering for Your Meal

Join Chef Steve and learn & practice basic knife skills by butchering chicken and cutting assorted vegetables. Take home a skill that will last a lifetime while cooking these recipes Quartered Roasted Chicken, Sweet Potato Corn & Pepper Hash, Garden Fresh Ratatouille. With a maximum class size of 20 and 10 cooking stations, this hands-on class promises a fun and engaging experience.

Snacks will be provided upon arrival, and attendees will get to take home the delicious food they create.
