Slipstreaming is a play by an American Lesbian Feminist set in New York. It is a story of a relationship between two women.
Gail is 41, a professional, and a mother of two sons. Stephanie is younger, impressionable, and energetic. As their relationship develops, the play examines such issues as: Jealously, class, motherhood, lust, self-confidence, self-image, and self-preservation.
Reading by students and faculty of the Visual and Performing Arts department.
There will be a talk-back with the playwright, and a reception, with light refreshments following the play reading.
