RCC Culinary Arts Center Food Enthusiast Program - Stocks, Soups & Sauce
OCTOBER 20 @ 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM EDT
In this class, you will learn the cooking and knife skills necessary to prepare a variety of professional stocks, soups and sauces.
Learn how to make:
- Roasted vegetable & chicken stocks
- Béchamel & velouté sauces made with roux
- Broccoli & cheddar, spinach egg drop and homestyle chicken with Bavarian pancake noodles soups
Snacks are provided upon your arrival and you get to take the food you make home with you.
Please arrive on time.
