Decking the Halls All Year Long with American Christmas

American Christmas is a staple in New York’s holiday culture. Even if you don’t know their name, you know their work. Each year, American Christmas transforms more than 900 locations across the country, including iconic New York sites such as Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, Macy’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Depending on the scale of a project, it can take anywhere from six days to sixteen months for American Christmas to design, manufacture, and install their elaborate decorations. Installation begins as early as the end of August and continues through December 10th.

With a 110,000-square-foot headquarters in Mount Vernon, New York, American Christmas is a year-round destination for festive décor and not just as the holidays approach.

American Christmas launched its first-ever Christmas in July event last month. The celebration included steep discounts on online purchases and a special three-day, in-person sample sale featuring a wide variety of signature holiday décor, similar to what’s seen across New York City during the season.

In response to growing demand for seasonal displays, American Christmas is also expanding its offerings beyond Christmas. Interest in Halloween and fall-themed installations has surged, and the company plans to triple the size of its Halloween line with new spooky decorations and a wider selection of fall florals.

Taking this seasonal spirit to the next level, the company has officially launched The Halloween Shop at Christmas in America: Westchester’s premier local Halloween décor experience. Located both at their Mount Vernon store and online, this immersive retail experience features a curated selection of high-end Halloween décor, including tabletop pieces, indoor settings to massive, and weather-resistant outdoor statues like tombstones, witches, skeletons, ghosts.

The Halloween Shop blends the same professional-grade quality American Christmas is known for with a family-friendly, shop-local twist. Shoppers can browse the fall-themed decorations and commercial-quality Halloween displays that were once only available to large businesses, perfect for decorating homes, storefronts, and corporate spaces alike.

Meanwhile, the Christmas in America store, also located at the Westchester headquarters, has become a holiday destination in its own right. This year, the retail space will be twelve times larger, offering a greater variety of products, themes, and visual displays. Shoppers can also browse online for exclusive items available only through the website, including products from Department 56, Mark Roberts, and Katherine’s Collection. Decorations will reflect current trends: bright pastel palettes mixed with timeless gold and silver accents.

With holiday offerings expanding and new seasonal experiences available nearly year-round, American Christmas continues to bring world-class decorating expertise to homes and businesses: one dazzling display at a time.
