GARNER’s Building 35 Campaign:

GARNER Arts Center needs your help to fully restore and open Building 35, the Hudson Valley’s newest public arts space. Building 35, a masterful industrial-era factory building is located within the beautiful 14-acre GARNER

Historic District and will become GARNER Arts Center’s permanent base of operations, community meeting space and much needed regional welcome center for North Rockland County. Opening Building 35 will put the arts and culture at the center of creating economic and social opportunity in North Rockland County and the

Hudson Valley. Help GARNER reach its fundraising goal of $80,000 to unlock the balance of a matching grant from the New York State Council on the Arts Mid-Size Capital Project Fund to complete this historic building’s 21st century transformation.
