Travel to Tuscany, offered on March 14th from 6:30 to 9 pm at the Center, located at 70 Main Street in Nyack. Indulge in a culinary exploration of Tuscany under the expert guidance of Chef Don Eagle, our Certified Executive Chef with apprenticeship experience in Northern Italy. Savor the flavors of a rustic baby arugula salad with mustard vinaigrette, creamy Risotto Milanese, the zesty Chicken Scarpariello, and end with the sweet delight of homemade Zeppole.
Snacks are provided upon your arrival and you get to take the food you make home with you.
