City Winery Hudson Valley with Annalyse & Ryan presents The Songwriter's Lounge featuring Jann Klose and Belle-Skinner on March 21st at 7pm.

Jann Klose is an award-winning pop singer-songwriter, who has released seven albums and two EPs. Klose was raised in Kenya, South Africa, Germany and the United States. Singles from his most recent album Surrender (2023) have accumulated over 5 million streams across all platforms and charted on Top 40 radio in both the US and South Africa.

Belle-Skinner is a dark nostalgic singer-songwriter based in New York. With a hauntingly beautiful, lilting soprano and innate sense of melody she crafts tales of songbirds, sirens and desert nomads - nuanced and layered stories which bridge the gap between past and present. Though her influences cover a broad range of genres - from French chansons and Russian folk to contemporary alt-pop and rock - her voice often draws comparisons to the likes of Joni Mitchell, Jeff Buckley, and early St. Vincent. She has been featured on several Spotify editorial playlists, and her songs have garnered over 1 million streams worldwide.

Annalyse & Ryan are an award-winning Americana duo whose sound and songs take listeners on a soulful, rootsy journey, “resounding from the hollers with a haunting beauty” (Jeff Biggers, Huffington Post). With sweetness and severity, Annalyse & Ryan’s strong harmonies melt together seamlessly with an undeniable edge. A national and international touring act, their music has also been featured on CBS, BBC, Amazon Prime, and more. The duo has written songs for TV (Mattel’s Thomas & Friends and Wellie Wishers) and commercials (Thunderworks). Their 2023 original album, Trilogy, is streaming on all major platforms.
