Savory Tart Techniques, offered on May 16th from 6:30 to 9 pm at the Center, located at 70 Main Street in Nyack. Discover the secrets of savory pastry with Matt Siciliano, our esteemed baker and Academic Program Director, in a class dedicated to mastering Pâte Brisée. Delight in creating two exquisite tarts: a rich caramelized onion tart and a vibrant summer tomato tart.
Snacks are provided upon your arrival, and you get to take the food you make home with you.
