Food Enthusiast Program: Spring Culinary Creations

Spring Culinary Creations, offered on March 28th from 6:30 to 9 pm at the Center, located at 70 Main Street in Nyack. Step into the season with 'Spring Culinary Creations', a hands-on cooking class led by Chef Steve Brunner, where you'll master the art of braising, stewing, and roasting. Prepare a heartwarming traditional Irish Lamb Stew enriched with Guinness and watch Chef Steve demo a succulent herb-crusted Rack of Lamb, ready for you to enjoy and pair with your favorite beverage.

Snacks are provided upon your arrival, and you get to take the food you make home with you.

The cost is $70 per person
