I spent countless hours by her side at the market and in our kitchen, watching her turn simple ingredients into mouthwatering meals.
In those days, life moved at a slower pace, allowing us to gather around the table and enjoy each other’s company. But today’s families often find themselves racing from one commitment to another, leaving little time for meaningful meals together. Takeout has become a go-to solution, but it often lacks the warmth and connection of home-cooked meals.

This project has been years in the making, drawing inspiration from my childhood dreams of making a positive impact in the world, my experiences in the restaurant industry, my role as an instructor at the Culinary Institute of America, and my expertise in course design.
