Simple Sauté Skills, offered on February 29th from 6:30 to 9 pm at the Center, located at 70 Main Street in Nyack. Master the art of sauté with Chef Steve Brunner, learning hands-on the classical methods and thickening techniques for creating exquisite cream sauces, soups, and gravies. Whip up your own sumptuous shrimp or chicken Alfredo and enjoy a tasting demonstration of classic dishes like Chicken Marsala, Francaise, and Piccatta.
Snacks are provided upon your arrival and you get to take the food you make home with you.
