City Winery Hudson Valley and New York School of Music Presents Battle of the Bands live on Febraury 10th at 5pm

City Winery and the New York School of Music are excited to announce a call for entries for the City Winery Battle of the Bands on February 10th, 2024 at the City Winery Hudson Valley in Montgomery, New York. Bands will be selected to perform on the City Winery main stage in front of music industry professionals and a diverse music-loving public. The event will showcase the most talented young musicians in the Hudson Valley. Bands will be competing for an array of prizes, including professional studio time and gear, in addition to professional exposure, publicity, and opportunities for future gigs at City Winery.

The grand prize is five hours of recording time from our show sponsor, Nada Recording in Montgomery.

Bands interested in showcasing their talent at the City Winery Battle of the Bands are invited to submit their entries between now and January 28th, 2024. Simply visit HERE to complete the entry form to provide details about your band. There is no cost to enter. Band members must be under 22 years of age.

Founded in 2004, New York School of Music is a full service music school located in Walden, NY with a 10,000 square foot facility including lesson rooms, rehearsal rooms, and its own performance space. The school, staffed with music professionals from the Hudson Valley, provides private lessons, group programs, internships and masterclasses to hundreds of aspiring musicians each week. NYSM prides itself on its doors-open approach, encouraging musicians of all levels to come in and be part of its community. Its mission is: Changing tomorrow’s music industry by changing how we train musicians today.
