INNESS and Hotel Kinsley are hosting Pebble Bar, an iconic Manhattan lounge, for a weekend of uptown cocktails by celebrity mixologist and Head Bartender, Tim Sweeney. Pebble Bar introduces a new chapter to an 131-year old institution and is nationally recognized for its beverage program that rekindles a historic tradition of everyday indulgence. On November 17th and 18th, Sweeney will be shaking up a special menu of signature craft cocktails at INNESS and Hotel Kinsley. Located amongst the foothills of the Catskill Mountains and the banks of the Hudson River, INNESS and Hotel Kinsley are a duo of country properties that are rooted in elegant comfort. Guests can find Sweeney at Restaurant Kinsley, an oasis that showcases the bounty of the Hudson Valley region, on Friday evening from 5-10pm. The following night, Sweeney will head over to INNESS, where he’ll serve his warming fall drinks to guests and members of the intimate country refuge.
