In this ‘Holiday Classic’ class, Chef Steve, a distinguished chef who has appeared on TV with Katie Couric and Rachel Ray, will prepare with you a variety of elegant and easy recipes that you can prepare ahead, so ‘rest’ assured you can sit with, serve, and impress all your guests.

Menu

  • A variety of Mashed Potato Cocktails
  • Herb Crusted Baby Lamb Chops
  • Baked Camembert with Fig Jam and Crackers
  • Maryland Crab and Shrimp Cakes with Zesty Remoulade

Snacks are provided upon your arrival and you get to take the food you make home with you.

Cost: $70 per person
