Integrated Enterprise Solutions (IES) Welcomes Fred Spagnuolo as Business Development Manager

Integrated Enterprise Solutions (IES), a Poughkeepsie-based computer consulting company has added Fred Spagnuolo as business development manager. In this post, Spagnuolo is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships as well as new sales and customer cultivation.

“Over the last 20 years, Fred has guided progressive global sales and business transformation success to become a respected leader in the sales industry,” said Rob Rusnack, Director of Operations at IES. “We’re excited to have him as a part of the team and know his ‘get-things-done’ attitude will benefit both our clients and team members.”

Prior to joining IES, Spagnuolo spent the majority of his career with Rail Europe, serving in various capacities but most recently as director of overseas group business development and senior director of field sales. As a well-known leader in the field, he is recognized for his ability to leverage customer and business expertise to foster customer loyalty and retention, increasing sales by 40% or more.

Spagnuolo holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Kingsborough Community College. He is also actively continuing his education with the American Management Association (AMA) by taking courses like Strategic Sales Negotiations and Principles of Successful Selling.
