Westchester Elder Law Attorney Anthony J. Enea to Shed Light on Home Buying and Selling Within a Trust

On Wednesday, May 31, Westchester County elder law attorney Anthony J. Enea, Esq. of Enea, Scanlan & Sirignano, LLP, with offices in White Plains and Somers, N.Y., will present “Estate Planning and Your Residence” as part of the firm’s 2023 Lunch & Learn Series. The free educational program is open to the public – though space is limited.

The program, held from noon to 1:30pm at the firm’s White Plains location, covers the ins and outs of Medicaid planning as well as important implications to consider when transferring a property to a revocable or irrevocable trust, as well as options for home buying and selling within a trust.
