New York Real Estate Leaders ‘Celebrate with the Best’

Leading New York real estate experts gathered June 8 to “Celebrate with the Best” at a cocktail reception to mark two years of collaborating on a virtual series designed to help industry colleagues get deals done during the pandemic and share best practices for conducting business in the new normal.

The monthly series, “Getting the Deal Done in New York”, is part of the “Be Your Best” webinar series created by The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, Inc. (HGAR) and OneKey® MLS to help Realtors and agents navigate a changing landscape amid the pandemic.

“We launched Getting the Deal Done as a two-part series at the start of the pandemic and now, thanks to tremendous feedback and demand, we’re over two years in,” said Richard Haggerty, CEO of HGAR and President and Chief Strategic Growth Officer of OneKey® MLS, the regional multiple listing service for New York. “It has been a pleasure to host these panels, with such a level of talent and expertise. I thank each and every one of you for sharing your insight and strategies. One conversation leads to another – and that leads to more opportunities to be our best and get deals done.”

The Getting the Deal Done series comprises monthly, complimentary discussions that have focused on topics ranging from politics in real estate, the regional market, penthouses and luxury properties, to social media and marketing, forecasts and trends, virtual transactions, inventory and interest rates. The series is sponsored by TitleVest, a leading NYC-based provider of title insurance and related real estate services.

“We’re pleased to partner with the HGAR and OneKey® MLS team on this unique and informative series, featuring dynamic and engaging speakers discussing important industry topics,” said TitleVest President Brian D. The reception was held at TitleVest’s New York City location, 110 E. 42nd
Street.
