Hudson Valley iCampus Ramps Up Marketing Efforts, Retains Tri-State Team from Colliers as Exclusive Broker

IRG’s 207-acre campus in Pearl River is now marketed by a powerhouse team specializing in laboratory, warehouse, flex and office leasing

PEARL RIVER, N.Y. (December 2021) – Hudson Valley iCampus has retained Colliers, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, as the exclusive leasing agent for the 2 million-square-foot, mixed-use, multi-tenanted campus in Pearl River, N.Y. The 207-acre property is owned by Industrial Realty Group, LLC (IRG), a real estate development and investment firm with more than 100 million square feet of commercial property across the U.S.

Schwartz said there is approximately 1.5 million square feet of available space at the campus.
