Proceeds from December 8 Celebration will Support Astor’s Enrichment Program

RHINEBECK, NY NOVEMBER 22, 2022 - Astor Services will host its Annual Holiday Party on Thursday, December 8, 2022 (6 p.m. to 9 p.m.) at Savona’s Trattoria at 1 Collegeview Ave. in Poughkeepsie. Tickets are on sale to the public and funds raised will be used to support Astor’s Enrichment Program, which allows children the nonprofit serves the opportunity to participate in activities such as sports, dance, music, and arts within the community.

Guests will enjoy a night filled with holiday themed and specially curated craft cocktails, live entertainment, a carving station, and fresh pasta station, as well as a full Italian buffet. Savona’s is a community partner with Astor Services and this event is chaired by Terri Ferris of Rondout Savings Bank, and partially underwritten by NFP
and Catholic Charities.

As part of the fundraising that night, guests will have the opportunity to bid on a getaway trip to The Grand Isle Resort in Exuma, Bahamas. There will also be a raffle featuring a giant wreath adorned with gift certificates to local businesses, spa treatments, golf foursomes and much more. There will be only one lucky winner for this giant wreath and it is sure to bring some excitement to the evening.

At the event, Astor will be honoring George Argyrós, president and CEO of Soulsight, former Astor student Barry Hagen, and posthumously honoring former board member J. Joseph McGowan for their support of Astor.

Tickets are $100 per person, and available at https://www.astorservices.org/events/holiday-party/

Sponsorship opportunities are still available. Please contact Richmond Arce at 845-594-6682 or Rarce@astorservices.org for more information.
