FAMILY SURPRISED WITH TRIP OF A LIFETIME AT PALISADES CENTER

Baking Memories 4 Kids provides children with life-threatening or terminal illnesses and their families an amazing all expense paid vacation to Orlando, Florida. Every year, tireless volunteers gather to bake thousands of cookies so that for one week, these courageous children will not need to hide behind a brave face but instead, are free to enjoy just being kids. These amazing trips give families much needed time for healing, adventure, hope and the magic of memories.

Piper Fitzpatrick was diagnosed with Leukemia at age four. Since then, Piper’s days have been filled with chemotherapy, blood draws and infusions of antibiotics. Now in the maintenance stage of her disease, Piper is ready to experience life outside the medical community.

On December 15th at 12:00pm, Baking Memories 4 Kids founder, Frank Squeo, will be partnering with Glitter & Glam of Palisades Center to provide Piper with a surprise fit for a Princess. Thanks to the generous donation of Glitter & Glam, Piper will be receiving the royal treatment by their professional staff, from spa treatments to her very own princess wand in preparation for her big surprise. And for the final jewel in her crown, Piper will receive an all-expense paid trip to Walt Disney World where they will roll out the red carpet for her and her little brother thanks to the efforts of Baking Memories 4 Kids.

We invite the press and West Nyack community to come and celebrate the Fitzpatrick family as Frank, joined by Glitter & Glam, surprises Piper and her brother Graham with the vacation of a lifetime. Glitter & Glam is located on Level Two in Palisades Center. The event begins at 12:00pm.
