How did you get to be in the job you have now?

I've been an employee of Pyramid Management Group for 18 years and General Manager of Palisades Center for 12.5 years.

What career did you think you would have when you were in high school?

In high school, I wanted a career in real estate and development.

What was the best advice you ever received?

The best advice I've ever received was to Never, Never Give Up! Keep trying and working toward your goals and dreams, even when things don't work out exactly as planned. Don't stop!

What piece of advice would you give to college seniors?

The best advice I could give to a college senior is to enjoy the experience! Time goes by fast, so work hard, get good grades, and take time to make lifelong friends and memories.

Do you have a particular charity you support? And why?

The Palisades Center has supported thousands of non-profit charities over the past 25 years. This past year, Palisades Center hosted 1,049 events and partnered with 144 community organizations that utilized the Center for meeting space, fundraising, and awareness campaigns.

Do you feel you have a good work/life balance? If so, why or how did you achieve that?

As I've grown professionally and personally, I understand the importance of having a good work/life balance. Taking time to unplug and connect with family and friends is important.

When you feel stuck, how do you recharge yourself or get inspired?

I enjoy hiking. I find reconnecting with nature to be calming, and it significantly reduces stress for me.

Name one thing you are working towards in 2023?

In the coming year, we plan to engage with more organizations and the local community and build upon the relationships we've formed over the past 25 years.

If money wasn’t a concern, what would you be doing right now?

I’m a big beach guy, so I’m there as often as possible in the summer months. If money were not a concern, I would have a place by the sea, enjoying every sunrise and sunset with my loved ones.
