Revel in a night of dining, drinking, dancing and (cooking) demo-ing with rock star chef David Burke. This exclusive multisensory experience will start outside the historic Revel 32 building with a line-up of the latest models from Hudson Cadillac serenaded by jazz artist Hayden Williams. Inside, you’ll relish in a cocktail hour featuring such delectable comestibles as Tuna Sashimi and Chef Burke’s famous maple and black pepper glazed Clothesline Bacon. 

Afterwards, he will take the stage, along with local favorite cover band Jukebox Junkies for a high energy multi-media presentation, including a demo of the preparation of two classic American dishes. As you dig into the first course of your seated dinner - Butternut & Shrimp Risotto – you’ll be entertained by Chef Burke making your second and third course dishes, Surf & Turf and Pumpkin Crème Brulee. And then you can work off all the delicious calories by dancing after dinner.
