Join BridgeMusik for the 9th Annual Summer Festival 2026: We the Music — Celebrating 250 Years of American Voices, a two-week celebration of the rich and diverse musical traditions that have shaped the American experience. Inspired by the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States, this year's festival explores the many voices that define American music through the works of American composers, jazz innovators, immigrant artists, and the next generation of emerging musicians.

Taking place throughout Rockland County from August 1–16, the festival brings together professional artists, students, and audiences for performances, educational programs, and community events that highlight creativity, collaboration, mentorship, and cultural exchange.

Festival highlights include:

🎻 A fully staged production of Igor Stravinsky's The Soldier's Tale at Nyack Center (August 1–2), directed by Malena Dayen and conducted by David Rosenmeyer

🎼 The world premiere of Dedication to Faust by Thomas Cabaniss

🎻 A newly commissioned work by The Dolphins Quartet

🎶 Free Chamber Hour library concerts throughout Rockland County (August 4–7)

🎓 Student Week featuring chamber music coaching, performances, and masterclasses with acclaimed faculty artists (August 10–16)

🎵 Special guest artist Carol Wincenc, internationally acclaimed flutist
