This presentation will discuss the importance of physical activity with regards to bone health. It will introduce the concept of "exercise snacks" as a method of increasing physical activity. The "exercise snacks" are time-efficient, can be performed during routine daily activities, and do not require any special equipment. Exercises to increase muscle strength, balance, and posture will be demonstrated. The presentation will also discuss the importance of proper nutrition when performing muscle building exercises.
