Food Enthusiast Program: Abbondanza - Southern Italian Cuisine with Chef Steve

Join us for an “Abbondanza!”


In this class Chef Steve Brunner, a distinguished chef who has appeared on TV with Katie Couric and Rachel Ray, will teach hands-on preparation and give up-close demonstrations of traditional Southern Italian cuisine. Demos will include making fresh mozzarella and pesto.

  • Orecchiette with Sausage & Broccoli Rabe
  • Fresh Mozzarella & Pesto Demo
  • Pecorino Focaccia Crisps
  • Broccoli Rabe Pesto

Snacks are provided upon your arrival and you get to take the food you make home with you.

Cost: $70 per person
