Sponsored by the Visual and Performing Arts Department and the Campus Players – Celebrating Irish Culture through poems, songs, stories, humor, and hearty discussion.

Our annual Irish Coffee House Performance has traditionally entailed an open-mic afternoon featuring students and faculty of RCC. This year, the Visual and Performing Arts department will offer the event with music and discussions on what it is to be Irish! We may even recite a limerick or two! In addition, we will show an Irish Cooking Show with Mary and Christina Schaudel!

Mary Schaudel (nee Fleming), mother of our own Christina Schaudel (Student Success Advisor and Visual and Performing Arts Adjunct), is back again with her very own Irish cooking show! Learn how to make scones, potato leek soup and trifle while hearing the stories of growing up on a farm in rural Ireland! Join us on March 7th at 12:30 in the Black Box Studio, Rm. 7100, as we honor Irish heritage through food and lively discussion. Samples of the food will be served!
