The Food Enthusiast Program: Roll Away the Dew...

The Roll Away the Dew class will be hands-on preparation and up-close demonstrations on how to butcher, stuff, roll and tie a boneless pork loin and chicken breast.

Participants will:

· Focus on butterflying and tying meat

· Learn dry and moist heat cooking methods

· Prepare and take home culinary creations along with a variety of roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables

All food, equipment, and supplies are provided. The cost is $70 per person.
