In preparation for The Chapel at Carnwath Farms Historic Site & Park’s full restoration, Simply Gourmet has been selected as its exclusive catering partner, bringing full-service wedding and event catering to one of the Hudson Valley’s newest and most distinctive venues. Weddings, corporate events, galas, showers and private celebrations are now booking, with venue tours currently available. This partnership marks an exciting expansion for Simply Gourmet, adding to the locally owned company’s growing portfolio of full-service wedding and event experiences across the Hudson Valley.

Located just minutes from Metro-North’s New Hamburg train station, approximately 70 miles north of New York City, The Chapel at Carnwath Farms offers a unique blend of history, accessibility and modern amenities. The restored venue, located on a former estate originally built in 1850, features an elegant indoor space accommodating more than 300 guests, and picturesque outdoor locations throughout the property with expansive lawns, including a hilltop ceremony site with sweeping panoramic views of the Hudson River Valley.

Founded in 2008 by a Dutchess County native, Simply Gourmet offers comprehensive wedding and event packages designed to simplify the planning process from start to finish. Event menus offer an elevated take on approachable, comfort fare paired with high-level hospitality. Clients can choose from buffet, plated or family-style dining, full beverage service featuring beer, wine and liquor, as well as outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour options. All-inclusive event packages begin at $199 per person, including the venue rental fee.
