Award-Winning Entertainer Richard Skipper Returns to The Laurie Beechman Theatre August 22

Following a sold-out performance this past spring, Richard Skipper returns to The Laurie Beechman Theatre on Friday, August 22 at 7:00 PM with an encore of his critically acclaimed show, Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Richard Skipper (But Were Afraid to Ask).

An unscripted, audience-interactive evening of song, stories, and surprises, the show invites audience members to submit questions before curtain — and Richard answers them live, sight unseen. With Dan Pardo at the piano, and special guest appearances promised, no two performances are ever the same.

A master storyteller and longtime champion of Broadway and cabaret history, Richard weaves personal anecdotes with musical moments, all delivered with his signature warmth, wit, and theatrical sparkle.

The August 22 performance is part of a growing tour of Richard’s interactive work, which also includes Richard Skipper Celebrates Hello, Dolly! — a joyful homage to Jerry Herman’s beloved musical, and the legendary Carol Channing, with whom Richard shares a storied connection.
