RBA Announces Winners of the Pinnacle Awards Honoring Excellence in Business and Community Leadership

The Rockland Business Association (RBA) has announced the honorees for the 2025 RBA Pinnacle Awards which will return on Sunday, June 1st after a 5-year hiatus.

  • Al Samuels Award for Overall Business Excellence – Recognizing an organization or individual who demonstrates outstanding innovation, growth, leadership, and community impact – Orange & Rockland Utilities
  • Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Award – Honoring a company that has made a significant philanthropic or service-oriented contribution to Rockland County – Optimum
  • Excellence in Sustainability Award – Recognizing a business committed to social responsibility and environmental sustainability, making a lasting positive impact on the community – Manhattan Beer Distributors
  • Outstanding Achievement by a Woman in Business – Celebrating a female leader for her professional success, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit – Sabrina Hosang Jordan of Caribbean Food Delights.
  • Outstanding Achievement by a Non-Profit Organization – Recognizing a nonprofit for exceptional leadership, impact, and innovation in advancing its mission – United Hospice
  • Outstanding Achievement by a Small Business (Less than 15 employees) – Honoring a small business for its contributions to local economic growth and community engagement. There are five finalists in this category and the winner will be announced in an Oscar-type reveal at the dinner: Integral Building & Design, GMG Public Relations, Mesh Business Solutions, Mr. Landscape, and sPowell Associates.

It has always been an evening dedicated to celebrating the County’s most outstanding businesses, non-profit organizations, and professionals and this year we have an outstanding line-up of honorees,” stated Al Samuels, CEO of the RBA. “We are looking forward to once again honoring those who exemplify excellence, innovation, and a deep commitment to the Rockland community,” he added.

The RBA Pinnacle Awards were handed out annually from 2003 through 2019 when the last honorees were announced but the 2020 event was put on hold due to Covid. Those recipients will also be honored at the 2025 event which will take place on Sunday, June 1, from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Hilton Pearl River. The evening will bring together business and community leaders for an unforgettable black-tie optional grand cocktail reception and formal dinner.

The Pinnacle Awards

Individual tickets are available for $300 per person.
