Arts Council of Rockland Announces the Launch of the ACOR Art4All Grant Program

The Arts Council of Rockland (ACOR) is excited to announce the launch of the ACOR Art4All Grant Program, a new initiative aimed at supporting local artists and arts organizations through targeted funding. This grant will enable the creation of community-centered arts projects that are inclusive, accessible, and foster engagement across Rockland County. 

The ACOR Art4All Grant Program offers grants ranging from $500 to $1,000 for projects across all artistic disciplines, including but not limited to performances, workshops, film screenings, and poetry readings. To be considered, projects must be open to the public and provide meaningful opportunities for community interaction. Priority will be given to initiatives that serve Rockland County's underserved populations, particularly those marginalized by race, age, national origin, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or economic status. 

Program Goals:

• Support Rockland County artists and arts organizations. 

• Expand access to the arts within the local community. 

• Provide arts opportunities for underserved populations. 

• Foster community engagement through arts projects.

• Application Deadline: November 1, 2024 @ 11:59 PM 

• Notification of Awards: December 2024 

• Eligible Project Timeline: January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025
