Sushi for Beginners

December 1, 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Cost - $70/per person

In this introduction workshop you will learn about the different varieties of sushi:

• Discuss ingredients necessary to create your own sushi at home for your family and friends

• Preparation and assembly of different types of sushi rolls

• Chef demonstration of “how it’s done”

• Hands on creating your own sushi to enjoy during the class

Snacks are provided upon your arrival and you get to take the food you make home with you.
